Brett A. Meyers is a Research Assistant Professor with the Regenstreif Center for Healthcare Engineering at Purdue University. His research focuses on non-invasive measurement of blood flow within the heart, with the goal of developing clinically adoptable, physics-based measurement techniques for determining heart function from medical imaging. With over 10 years of industrial and academic research experience, including a BSME from Drexel, and MSME from Virginia Tech and work related experience at Agilent Technologies and Johnson & Johnson, Brett has more than 20 published/in-process manuscripts, 4 provisional/utility patents, numerous conference abstracts/posters and appeared in several media features.
